Delivery Areas

We ship to all major cities and towns across India through trusted courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable, our customer support team will get in touch with you promptly.

Delivery Time

  • Ready-made products: Dispatched within 3–5 business days

  • Custom-stitched orders: Dispatched within 10–15 business days after measurement confirmation

  • Festive or bulk orders: May require additional time (we will notify you in advance)

You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999

  • For orders below ₹999 or Cash on Delivery (COD), a standard shipping fee of ₹50–₹100 may apply (as displayed at checkout)

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available in select pin codes and may be subject to a small handling fee. We reserve the right to verify COD orders before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order anytime through our website or the courier partner’s tracking portal.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, there may be delays due to:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Public holidays or festivals

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Unforeseen courier issues

We will do our best to keep you informed in such cases.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address or contact details

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept the package

The order may be returned to us. Re-delivery will be attempted once after confirmation, and additional charges may apply.
