At Nirchal.com, we take pride in delivering high-quality traditional clothing and custom-stitched pieces. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent.

Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the made-to-order and custom-stitched nature of many of our products, refunds are limited to the following scenarios:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • The item is completely unused, with original tags and packaging intact
  • The request is raised within 3 days of receiving the product

Custom-stitched or personalized items are not eligible for refunds, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error from our end.

Alterations Instead of Refunds

In case of size or fitting issues with custom-stitched garments, we offer:

  • One-time complimentary alteration
  • Quick turnaround on corrections, with pickup & drop available in select locations

This allows us to correct the issue while honoring the custom nature of your purchase.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@nirchal.com with your order ID, product photos, and the reason for the refund request.
  2. Our support team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.
  3. If approved, we’ll guide you through the return pickup or courier process.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds are credited back via the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-stitched products (unless defective)
  • Used, washed, or altered garments
  • Sale or discounted items marked “Final Sale”
