Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the made-to-order and custom-stitched nature of many of our products, refunds are limited to the following scenarios:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- The item is completely unused, with original tags and packaging intact
- The request is raised within 3 days of receiving the product
Custom-stitched or personalized items are not eligible for refunds, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error from our end.
Alterations Instead of Refunds
In case of size or fitting issues with custom-stitched garments, we offer:
- One-time complimentary alteration
- Quick turnaround on corrections, with pickup & drop available in select locations
This allows us to correct the issue while honoring the custom nature of your purchase.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@nirchal.com with your order ID, product photos, and the reason for the refund request.
- Our support team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, we’ll guide you through the return pickup or courier process.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds are credited back via the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-stitched products (unless defective)
- Used, washed, or altered garments
- Sale or discounted items marked “Final Sale”
